NOTICE

January 6, 2006

The CALHOUN COUNTY TREASURER has scheduled a meeting for Wednesday, January 18, 2006 commencing at 5:00 p.m. at the McCamly Place Hotel, 50 Capital Avenue, Battle Creek, Michigan 49015 to discuss the proposed establishment of a Calhoun County Land Bank Authority.

A quorum of the Calhoun County Board of Commissioners may be in attendance at this meeting; therefore, the meeting is noticed in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
