Credit Card Payment by Phone for Traffic and Ordinance Violations

* The Court allows credit card payment by phone utilizing Government Payment Service, Inc. (GPS).  GPS collects a service fee for all GPS credit card payments.

*ALLOW 3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF TICKET BEFORE CALLING TO MAKE PAYMENT.

You may call GPS at (888) 604-7888 to make payment if:

1. You are calling between 3 and 10 business days from receiving your ticket.
2. You see the violation listed on the motor vehicle violation fees list.

If you want to make payment after 10 business days, or you are within the 10 business days but do not see the violation on your ticket list on the motor vehicle violation fees list, you must:

1. Call the Traffic Division of the Tenth District Court at (269) 969-6692 to obtain the following information for each payment made:
   1. Defendant name as written on ticket
   2. Amount due
   3. Case number
   4. Charge or violation
   5. Date of birth
       
2. Call GPS at (888) 604 7888 to make a credit card payment to "Tenth District Court of Calhoun County."
   • A GPS operator will request the information as stated in 1A, B, C, D, E above.
   • GPS will process payment to the 10th District Court immediately.
   • The Court will receipt payment on the next business day.
