Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Health Officer, manages and participates in the development, organization, and implementation of the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) program.  Develops, conducts, and evaluates the NFP program including directing professional and support staff who provide services to NFP clients/participants and provides program-related community outreach to improve the health status of program participants and the community.

 

Salary Range

$59,566.11 - $72,402.00

Minimum Requirements

Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or related health field, Masters preferred.  Current, Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.  Six plus years of program management, preferably in maternal or child health, public health, or home visiting or comparable combination of experience, education and training, including supervisory experience with skills necessary to effectively manage the daily operations and administration of programs. Valid Michigan driver’s license and a personal vehicle including proof of insurance are required.
