PROCEEDINGS OF THE

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

January 4, 2005

The Organizational Session of the Calhoun County Board of Commissioners convened at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 4, 2005 in the Commissioners' Meeting Room, County Building, Marshall, Michigan.

Roll Call: Present: Comrs. Bolger, Moore and Strowbridge. Excused: Comrs. Miller, Segal, Solis and Todd.

INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:

A Moment of Personal Prayer was observed; followed by the Pledge of Allegiance, led by Clerk Norlander.

Clerk Anne Norlander administered the Oath of Office to Comrs. Bolger, Moore and Strowbridge.

RECESS:

The meeting recessed at 7:07 p.m at the call of the Clerk.
