Jennifer also noted that various supplies have been ordered and are being shipped to Bob’s office. The possibility of placing an order with East Jordan Iron Works for monument boxes and having each contractor pick up their individual supply was discussed. Jennifer agreed to discuss the possibility of this with East Jordan.

Bob explained that he has received the list of road work to be completed this construction season by the Calhoun County Road Commission and will be looking at assigning corners based on this information.

Jennifer provided each contractor with a copy of LCRCs for all corners placed in 2005.

Scott noted that Eckford Township corner C-7, conditionally approved on April 19, 2006 stands as presented.
