October 18, 2006
Chairman Bob Carr called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Members present: Bob Carr, Scott Koch, David Lohr, Fred Cutcher, Bill
Crane, and Brian Reynolds (entered at 9:45 a.m.). Also present: Jennifer
Bomba, County Planning Director
Minutes
Motion by Scott Koch to approve the minutes of the September 20,
2006, Peer Group meeting as presented. Supported by David Lohr. Motion
carried.
Old Business
Tabled Corners
-
Scott Koch presented Sheridan Township corner C-5, tabled on July 19,
2006. Motion made by Fred Cutcher to approve the corner as presented.
Support by Bill Crane. Motion carried.

Bill Crane presented Leroy Township corners D-5 and D-6, tabled on
September 20, 2006. Field work revealed that the previously approved
location for Leroy Township corner E-6, was incorrect. Bill Crane
presented evidence for all three corners. Motion made by David Lohr to
resend the previously approved location of Leroy Township corner E-6
and approve Leroy Township corners D-5, D-6, and E-6 as presented.
Support by Fred Cutcher. Motion carried.
New Business
Corner Approval

Scott Koch presented corners for approval.
Homer Township: B-11, L-1, L-11
Motion made by Bill Crane to approve the corners as presented. Support
by David Lohr. Motion carried.
Clarendon Township: B-3, B-4, B-6, C-6
Motion made by Fred Cutcher to approve the corners as presented.
Support by David Lohr. Motion carried.

approval.
Clarence Township: C-10, D-9, D-10
Motion made by Scott Koch to approve the corners as presented. Support
by Brian Reynolds. Motion carried.
Lee Township: C-6, D-6, F-6, I-6
Motion made by Brian Reynolds to approve the corner as presented.
Support by Bill Crane. Motion carried.

Bedford Township: I-7, J-4, J-5, J-7
Motion made by David Lohr to approve the corners as presented. Support
by Bill Crane. Motion carried.
Convis Township: E-12, G-12, H-12, G-9
Motion made by Scott Koch to approve the corners as presented. Support
by David Lohr. Motion carried.
Pennfield Township: I-9, K-7
Motion made by Bill Crane to approve the corners as presented. Support
by Scott Koch. Motion carried.

Athens Township: G-6, H-4, I-4, J-3, J-4, K-3, K-4, L-3, L-4, L-5
Motion made by Scott Koch to approve corners as presented. Support by
David Lohr. Motion carried.
Miscellaneous
- Bob
passed out a list of additional corners to be monumented in order to
extinguish all state monies allocated for 2006. Jen will draft work
orders when she receives the final list from Bob.
- Fred
Cutcher expressed interest in transferring four corners from his
initial work order to another surveyor if possible. Scott Koch agreed
to monument these additional corners as well.
- The next
meeting of the Peer Group was discussed and rescheduled for November
21st at 9:00 a.m.
