Calhoun County Remonumentation Committee
March 21, 2007
Chairman Bob Carr called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Members present: Bob Carr, David Lohr, Fred Cutcher, Bill Crane, and
Brian Reynolds. Also present: Jennifer Bomba, County Planning Director.
Minutes
Motion by David Lohr to approve the minutes of the November 22, 2006,
Peer Group meeting as presented. Supported by Bill Crane. Motion
carried.
New Business
- Bob noted that he would like all contractors to submit
data files along with the final LCRC.
- Jennifer noted that the County has not received the state grant
agreement; therefore, the County Board of Commissioners has not
approved contractor agreements. Bob spoke with the state office and we
are expecting the paperwork to arrive soon.
- Jennifer provided a variety of materials for review or use by
members.
- Historical summary of remonumentation program
- 2007 meeting schedule
- 2006 LCRC copies
- Blank LCRC forms
- Jennifer reminded surveyors that she still needs insurance
information from the majority of the members.
- Jennifer provided work orders for signature. Contractors were
provided with a copy of the signed work order and a copy was retained
for the file.
Corner Approval
- David Lohr presented a corner for approval.
Clarence Township: G-8
Motion made by Brian Reynolds to approve the corner as presented.
Support by Bill Crane. Motion carried.
Position of Chair turned over to Bill Crane.
- Bob Carr presented corners for approval.
Emmett Township: L-12
Fredonia Township: B-5, B-3, C-7, B-7, E-7, E-6
Motion made by David Lohr to approve the corners as presented. Support
by Fred Cutcher. Motion carried.
