Calhoun County Remonumentation Committee
April 18, 2007
Chairman Bob Carr called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Members present: Bob Carr, David Lohr, Bill Crane, Mike Groat and
Brian Reynolds. Also present: Jennifer Bomba, County Planning Director.
Minutes
Motion by Mike Groat to approve the minutes of the March 21, 2007,
Peer Group meeting as presented. Supported by Bill Crane. Motion
carried.
New Business
- Jennifer noted that surveyor agreements are scheduled for adoption
by the County Board of Commissioners on May 3, 2007. Jennifer will
hold for signature at the next peer group meeting.
Corner Approval
- David Lohr presented a corner for approval.
Clarence Township: G-8
Motion made by Brian Reynolds to approve the corner as presented.
Support by Bill Crane. Motion carried.
- Brian Reynolds presented corners for approval.
Bedford Township: I-8, F-8, L-8, I-9
Motion made by Bill Crane to approve the corners as presented. Support
by Mike Groat. Motion carried.
City of Battle Creek: M-3, A-3
Motion made by David Lohr to approve the corners as presented. Support
by Mike Groat. Motion carried.
- Mike Groat presented corners for approval.
Albion Township: F-3, G-4
Motion by Bill Crane to approve corners as presented. Support by Brian
Reynolds. Motion carried.
Eckford Township: B-11, B-9, C-10, C-9, E-8, C-11
Motion made by Brian Reynolds to table Eckford Township corner B-9 and
approve the remaining corners as presented. Support by Bill Crane.
Motion carried.
- Bill Crane presented corners for approval.
Marshall Township: I-3, I-5, J-3, J-4, J-5
Motion made by Brian Reynolds to approve the corners as presented.
Support by David Lohr. Motion carried.
Athens Township: K-12
Motion made by Brian Reynolds to approve the corner as presented.
Support by David Lohr. Motion carried.
