June 20, 2007
Chairman Bob Carr called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Members present: Bob Carr, David Lohr, Bill Crane, Mike Groat, Brian
Reynolds and Fred Cutcher. Also present: Jennifer Bomba, County Planning
Director.
Minutes
Motion by Mike Groat to approve the minutes of the May 17, 2007,
Peer Group meeting as corrected. Support by Fred Cutcher. Motion
carried.
Old Business
- Mike Groat presented tabled corners for approval.
Eckford Township: D-8, B-9
Motion by Bill Crane to approve the corners as presented. Support by
Brian Reynolds. Motion carried.
Albion Township: F-5
Motion by Bill Crane to approve the corner as presented. Support by
Brian Reynolds. Motion carried.
New Business
- Supplies have been received. Monument boxes are at both
Mike’s and Bob’s. Nails and tags have been delivered to Bob’s office.
Corner Approval
- Fred Cutcher presented corners for approval.
Clarendon Township: E-6, E-7, F-7
Motion made by Bill Crane to approve the corners as presented. Support
by Mike Groat. Motion carried.
- David Lohr presented corners for approval.
Clarence Township: C-4, B-4, B-9, C-9, D-4
Motion made by Brian Reynolds to table Clarence Township corner D-4
and approve the remaining corners. Support by Bill Crane. Motion
carried.
- Mike Groat presented corners for approval.
Albion Township: H-2, D-4, F-2, E-2, C-4, H-4, F-4
Motion by Fred Cutcher to table Albion Township corner E-2 in order to
present it as two meander corners for the location of E-2, and approve
the remaining corners as presented. Support by Brian Reynolds. Motion
carried.
Position of Chair turned over to Bill Crane.
- Bob Carr presented corners for approval.
Fredonia Township: B-4, C-6, B-6, D-7, D-6, F-5
Motion made by Mike Groat to approve the corners as presented. Support
by Dave Lohr. Motion carried.
