April 16, 2008
Chairman Bob Carr called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
Members present: Bob Carr, Bill Crane, Mike Groat, Brian Reynolds,
David Lohr and Fred Cutcher.
Also present: Jennifer Bomba, County Planning Director.
Minutes
Motion made by Bill Crane to approve the minutes of March 19, 2008
as presented. Support by Mike Groat. Motion carried.
Old Business
Contract extension letters were distributed for signature. Jennifer will
mail to members once the county board chair has signed them.
Jennifer also shared that an order has been placed for carsonite
markers, nails and tags. The supplies will be delivered to Bob’s office
and can be picked up from there.
Corner Approval
- Fred Cutcher presented corners for approval.
Clarendon Township: E-11, F-11, E-10, F-10, E-12, F-12
Motion made by Bill Crane to approve the corners as presented. Support
by Mike Groat.
Motion carried.
- Dave Lohr presented corners for approval.
Lee Township: K-9, K-10, L-11
Motion made by Brian Reynolds to approve the corners as presented.
Support by Mike Groat. Motion carried.
- Brian Reynolds presented corners for approval.
Convis Township: E-2, E-1, D-1, D-2
Motion made by Dave Lohr to approve the corners as presented. Support
by Bill Crane. Motion carried.
- Bill Crane presented corners for approval.
Newton Township: I-6, I-7, L-7, J-6, J-7
Motion made by Fred Cutcher to approve the corners as presented.
Support by Mike Groat. Motion carried.
- Mike Groat presented corners for approval.
Leroy Township: L-8
Motion made by Bill Crane to approve the corner as presented. Support
by Brian Reynolds. Motion carried.
Albion Township: D-1, C-1
Motion made by Bill Crane to approve the corners as presented. Support
by Fred Cutcher. Motion carried.
Sheridan Township: D-13, C-13, B-13
Motion made by Bill Crane to table Sheridan Township corner D-13 and
approve the remaining corners as presented. Support by Dave Lohr.
Motion carried.
Marshall Township: F-5, F-4, H-5, H-4, H-3
Motion made by Fred Cutcher to approve the corners as presented.
Support by Bill Crane. Motion carried.
Position of Chair turned over to Bill Crane.

Battle Creek: H-8
Motion made by Brian Reynolds to approve the corner as presented.
